Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed in the original currency and sent back to the same account or credit card from which the initial deposit was made. The Company reserves the right to cancel a refund request within 5 working days if the Client does not provide the necessary bank details for a bank transfer refund. These details must be presented in an official document with the bank’s stamp and logo, including the IBAN/account number, SWIFT/BIC, routing number (if applicable), Customer’s name, bank name, and address.
The Company may apply a commission fee on both deposits into the trading account and refunds, including electronic transfer costs in favor of the client. Depending on the payment method, the fee ranges from 25 to 50 euros per bank transfer, deducted from the transfer amount.
Refund requests must be submitted through the Company’s website. The Company is not obligated to process refund requests submitted through any other channels.
Upon a refund request from the Client, the Company will process the refund (less any applicable transfer fees) within seven (7) working days from the date the Client has met the Company’s margin requirements, as determined by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to deny a Client’s refund request if:
a) The remaining balance, after the refund, is insufficient to support the open transactions in the trading account.
b) The Client has not completed the verification process with the Company. Verification requires submitting a complete set of KYC documents, including an ID card, proof of address, and proof of payment (e.g., a copy of the credit card showing only the last 4 digits, expiration date, and the cardholder’s name).
c) The Client has not provided written and signed deposit statements for each deposit or a bonus plan/agreement if a bonus was issued.
d) Required signed documents must be provided within 5 working days, or the refund request may be canceled.
In certain circumstances, the Company may issue refunds directly to the card from which the funds were originally deposited if:
a) The Client remains unverified for 14 working days following a card transaction.
b) The Company identifies that a transaction was made by a third party.
c) The Company determines that the Client is in violation of the Accepted Customer Agreement.
The Company does not apply any commission fees for refunds made to credit cards.
